Par Bay is famous for the historic pilchard trade from as early as 1495. There are lovely sardines/pilchards available landed to Richards Fish stall from the fishing boats landing into Par Docks.

Free Food safety Training to people who are interested in cooking with local children and young people. No previous experience required-just an interest in cooking and passing on your practical skills and knowledge.
We will be doing workshops with local schools and cooking workshops.
